Irish Cream (like Baileys)
Ingredients
• 1 c. Irish whiskey (may substitute)
• 10 oz. whipping cream
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
• 1 1/2 tbsp. Nestles quick
• 1 can Eagle Brand
Preparation
Put in blender on High for only 1 minute. Refrigerate. Shake before using.
