Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
• 5 oz skinless chicken breast, cut
• 2 tsp canola oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 1/2 cups green beans
• 2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
• 1 Tbs hoisin sauce
Preparation
• Heat a wok or large pot over high heat
• Add oil and garlic and saute for 10 seconds
• Add chicken and 1 Tbs soy sauce, toss and cook for 2 minutes
• Add vegetables, hoisin sauce and remaining soy sauce
• Lower heat slightly. Continually toss and cook for another 5 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are slightly tender
