Pita Pizza

Ingredients

• 2 whole wheat pitas (4 in)
• 1/4 cup marinara sauce
• 1 link cooked chicken sausage, sliced
• 3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
Preparation

• Preheat oven to 375°
• Place pitas on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil
• Top with chicken sausage, scallion, pepper and cheese
• Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
