Salmon Stir Fry

Ingredients
• 10 oz salmon steak, cubed
• 2 Tbs canola oil
• 2 clove garlic, minced
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 3 cups green beans
• 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 2 Tbs hoisin sauce
• 2 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
• Heat a wok or large pot over high heat
• Add oil and garlic and saute for 10 seconds
• Add vegetables and 1 Tbs soy sauce, toss and cook for 2 minutes
• Add salmon, hoisin sauce and remaining soy sauce
• Lower heat slightly. Continually toss and cook for another 5 minutes until salmon is cooked and vegetables are slightly tender
