Rice & Bean Wrap

Ingredients
• 1 (8in) whole wheat flour tortilla
• 1 slice low fat cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
• 1/2 cup black beans, canned
• 3/4 cup sliced bell pepper
• 3/4 cup salsa
Preparation
• Top tortilla with cheese rice, beans, pepper and salsa
• Roll up tightly and microwave for one minute to heat
